24seven 104 Posted June 12, 2007 I've been told that replacement 1.9 Mi16 waterpumps can be, basically a bit crap - plastic impellors etc. Which brands are good eggs and which are bad? I don't want a plastic one . Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
VisaGTi16v 1 Posted June 13, 2007 I bought a metal one once and it was cracked and broken from new so the impellor didnt turn. Of course I didnt realise this until I had fitted it then spent ages checking everything else to find out why I had mad over heating as you never suspect the new part!
