RossD 44 Posted June 12, 2007 Whilst on one of my marathon internet surfs today, I came across this. http://s146477207.onlinehome.fr/fichestech...repconduits.htm Somebody has sliced up a TU24 head and posted it up on their website. Got a few dimensions there too. Also, it has some other interesting articles on the home page, including putting what look like bronze bushes on the rocker arm instead of a spring and nylon pad.... See: http://s146477207.onlinehome.fr/fichestech.../indexintro.htm In French, but lots of pics, an online translator could probably be applied too. TKH 0 Posted June 12, 2007 Very nice link. This is always the way we start of porting heads. Its so much easier if you can cut up a few heads first. I still have a few garage cut up just for reference, but none as neat as they have done. Annoyingly the cores do have a habit of moving some times though when cast though. So there always is a bit of guess work involved.
christopher 5 1 Cars Posted June 12, 2007 Thats a nice link. I know this guy. He races 205 rallyes in france and usually keeps his modifications a closely guarded secret. Those valve springs in the picture are double springs from kent with titanium caps
