driversdomainuk 8 Posted June 11, 2007 Hi I was driving back last night from Loton Park and noticed, there was a sort of clunk coming from the steering wheel, whilst driving in a straight line. It was when I was in slow traffic going about 10 mph - any quicker and I would have not heard or felt it. Wonder if my driveshafts are starting to fail thanks to the Tran-x diff..? Anything else it could be? Thanks

I just hope it is not the diff failing...much more likely to be CV joints? I noticed the clunk was regular, say every 2nd rotation of wheels.
