Mike Walker 0 Posted June 10, 2007 I've printed out the guide from the main site but it assumes that you have a loom from a phase 2 car and that your using number plate light loom or something. I want to just cut the wires from the connectors, crimp a spade connector on and plug it in. Anyone know what goes where?
Simes 248 2 Cars Posted June 10, 2007 try this! TBH the phase 2 loom is the way forward, makes it much neater and less chance for f*** ups.
Mike Walker 0 Posted June 10, 2007 tbh I don't see anything wrong with using spade connectors and I can't really be arsed to go hunting for a phase 2 loom as this is only to pass the MOT. Cheers for the link there was a good picture in there with each connector colour coded so I can just use that but this was only for the main connector, no mention of the other plugs. Mike Walker 0 Posted June 10, 2007 Can't be bothered with this now i've just used a bit of card in the phase 1 light cluster to split the indicator from the light bit on the phase 2 lens thats been bodged on there

Mike Walker 0 Posted June 11, 2007 http://www.205gtidrivers.com/articles.php?...=m-phase2lights Graham. Yeah got that but it appears to only be applicable if you have the phase 2 loom (correct me if i'm wrong). I did try to read between the lines and also did a bit of trial and error and got brake lights flashing with indicator on etc. so just gave up! All I was after was a list telling you 1-6 from top to bottom which colour phase 1 wire went into which connector point on the phase 2 light and the same for drivers side.
