niklas 1 Posted June 6, 2007 Has anyone used Gentherm2 to calculate a new thermfactor file for the OE sensor? Gentherm2 can be found here: http://www.not2fast.com/megasquirt/doc/gentherm2.html

Bats 0 Posted June 7, 2007 I used the OE sensor on my 205 1.9 and used -10 deg C 9500 ohms 20 deg C 2400 ohms 80 deg C 330 ohms These settings worked ok on my megasquirt setup. Tip:- use a minitimer connector with the easily detachable spring clip type rather than the cheapo OE type that are a nightmare to remove when the plugs are in an awkward place to get to (as in the 205 coolant sensor position). Sweet! Thanks! All connectors that I replace are the spring clip type Actually the OE connectors are quite easy to remove, just rock hard left-right while you pull a little..
