Help From Euro Owners

I have been trying to locate a pair of 1991 205 left hand drive headlights so my car will pass inspection.

I had friends look for some on a recent trip to France but none in any scrap yards in there area and ones from Peugeot are 76 euros.Just wondering if anyone else has anyother idears before i get the Peugeot ones

as not had any luck finding any in the uk.

have you tried contacting Valeo or any other makers of the lights?

 

do they *have* to be 1991 though, as new ones from pug most probably wont be?

 

it's hard to find LHD parts in the UK btw .

i was just seeing if anybody had any ideas as to other places to buy other than Peugeot.I know that there are a few left hand drive cars in the u.k so i was thinking that someone may have some kicking around the back of there garage!!!

before i can use the car.

They just have to fit a 1991 205. do not mind if new or used

My mate has just got a LHD 205 in to break, still on polish plates so chances are its still on lhd lights. He normally sells everything via ebay. I'll try and get you some contact details that are useful from canada.

I am back in the U.K from Monday next week for a 2 week visit so we could may be set something up for me to get them and bring them back myself.

I can send you a pair. Even new ones directly from Valeo. Also have a set of second hand ones lying around.

As long as they will fit on a 1991 205 the used ones would work or if not then the new ones.You will have to let me know much they are for a pair.
