Guest kuipers23 Posted June 1, 2007 The lacquer on my roof is coming away quite badly. Has anyone had there car re-lacquered by a garage or body shop. If so how much did it cost. How difficult is is to do the job yourself given that the whole roof has to be done. Thanks in advance. We normally charge around £120 a panel, but it varies depending how good/bad the panelwork is. We normally re base coat the roof, then blend the lacquer into the rear qtrs. All depends how bad it is, you really need to see the car to give a price im afraid.
