paul_portsmouth 3 Posted May 26, 2007 ive had the car about 3 weeks now and it seems like the clutch bite point is too low ( it has to be on the floor and even then feels like it isnt disengaging the engine) biut recently it has become very hard to get it into 1st and out of first into second when it does go in there is a rather loud noise ( like when going into reverse you sometimes get ) has anyone had this before?? Mikey G 3 Posted May 26, 2007 (edited) Sounds like your clutch cable needs adjusting, also check if your gearbox is loose as this happened to me on my 309. Edited May 26, 2007 by Mikey G

flipperthebushkangaroo 2 Posted May 26, 2007 is the gear stick sloppy? just changed the gear linkages on mine and it goes in to gear far easilier now, also had similar problems before, just prior to the clutch cable snapping, hope this helps a bit.
