bren_1.3 1 Posted May 25, 2007 with the 1600 gti suspension setup, and using a TU24 MA gearbox id like to try longer wishbones for more negative camber. (read 309 arms) ive read varying reports about people on the XU section using 205 driveshafts and 309 bottom arms with no problem, but others have had great difficulty and problems giving it death on full lock and popping a shaft out away from the box. the general consensus would be to play it safe and use the longer 309 driveshafts. is there any way in which the already "hybrid" TU24 driveshafts could be lengthened? i have a couple of preconcieved ideas but would like to hear from others. Jrod 7 Posted May 25, 2007 (edited) What is the difference betwwen normal TU and tu24 driveshafts? I'm planning on 309 TU shafts with my normal box but maybe you could mix and match bits? Edited May 25, 2007 by Jrod
