Metal Ball Jointed Gear Rods

Right after a bit of work Miles has finally sorted these out for TU engined 205's.

I've got a set on my car and all I can say is wow.

 

They are brilliant quality and if you have crappy old rods then once you fit these it feels so much tighter, no chance of popping a rod off when really going for it.

I'm not 100% on the price yet but as soon as I know I will let you know.

What's the benefit of these over standard replacements?

Will feel tighter if your old iones are worn, Last alot longer but most importantly they won't pop off with an aggresive shift.

 

Miles is hoping to have a price by Thursday.

 

 

Might be at that one Martin, I think these will be quite popular with the enduro boys as popping a rod off can cost you a minute easily.

I'v just made myself a rose jointed gear linkage for a total of £9.50 i'll let you know how good it is after i'v fitted it

Waiting to hear from Miles on getting the longest rods shaped to fit.

 

I've taken a photo already but i'm not sure it's good enough, will grab some in a minute

Been busy the last few months so I can now offer all the rods inc the long one with the bend in it at £45.00 plus postage of £4.00 (Recorded delivery), I'm having 5 of the long Rods made which will take around 3 weeks so all the rods will Steel with plating on the Rod's of zinc, with a trivalent chromium passivate finish which is superior to the std yellow zinc finish.
