Its finally finished and got to drive it for the first time...both on freeways and normal around town.

All i can say is one doesnt drive this car.....one aims it !!

It goes like stink and everything around you is a blur. Placing the lazy 5th gear into the rebuilt box was a good thing as she cruises at 60mph @ 2750 rpm

On boost it has massive pickup even in 5th gear. Cant stop driving it !!

i would'nt want to stop driving that thing either!! Like you said though best stock up on some tyres as i am sure that even in that spec wheel spins only a sniff of gas away!!!!!!!

Now been driving it approx 600 miles and it is one big hoot. Cant keep smiling. The problem is i'm starting to get used to 270hp [12 psi ] and tempted to turn up the wick a touch...Mmmmm

Dyno had this motor passed 400hp and climbing but for longivity we tuned it down to 270....stays nice and cool there and there is no torque steer if one feathers the power.

UPDATE: 1.9 hubs, new driveshafts to be added tomorrow along with Tarox 6 pots [replacing the present 4 pots ] also Pagid pads.

If the 6 pots cant fit under the wheels i will try to fit them on my Alpine which could do with an upgrade.

Haha love all the fully uk comments. The way this 205 comes on boost is just soo much fun. You cant but help being in the car, imagine the engine is in the back, the car has 4wd and a widebody kit John where do you get your tarox stuff from, I really want to get some g88's.
