Retrimming Front Seats

How much would retrimming the front half leather seats be?in maybe vinyl for harder wearing?what would you recommend? :blush:

It's probably easier and cheaper to pick up a good second hand set, plus vinyl wont look to pleasing on the the eye IMO. I'd check ebay or put a post in forsale.

Drop ANDYGON a pm, i'm sure he had some seats retrimmed and they looked fantastic. Something like £350 seems to ring a bell but i'm not sure how many seats that would be for and what materials.

I paid 450 ish for a full set of 306 seats to be retrimmed in very heavy duty fake leather, 2 tone. Looks amazing. Sure you could have the fronts done for sub £200. Unless you want blue black, you could buy my 306 interior and make it fit your 205

The standard gti black/red cloth was impossible to get a hold of in Holland. So it might be very hard to get it retrimmed like original. And if you do, it is very strong so no need for other kinds of fabric. Unless you get it done with perforated leather. :P

Find some rear seats which have far less wear and use them to retrim the fronts.
