Gtiracer 0 Posted May 11, 2007 Sorry for starting another post on 4pot kits but couldn't find anything definitive on the search, maybe i wasn't looking properly but i can get hold of some brand new 285mm Hispec 4 pots at work and really want to keep my speedlines but im worried they wont fit, does anyone have experience of these ones or possibly other 4 pot 285mm kits to give me an insight

Gtiracer 0 Posted May 11, 2007 mine rub on the inside of wheel with 1.9 wheels Which part of the caliper rubs? is it something that could be grinded off and left looking ok or unseen?

28CRAIG 2 Posted May 11, 2007 A friend had these on his car but had to use spacers but i am sure you could grind the caliper down a bit they don't catch to bad.
Baz 421 Posted May 12, 2007 Just grind the inside of the wheels, (it's only very slight) Same as with Wilwood Dynalite's i presume, there's 4 shoulders on the inside of the wheels, just needs a little taking off to clear the caliper.
saveloy 8 Posted May 16, 2007 The Billet 4 pots will fit, but with a 280mm disc and a spacer of aproximately 10mm. The Race 4 pots (which I have) will fit with a 280mm disc and without the spacer.
