ah250 0 Posted May 11, 2007 Hi..OK, go easy a total newbie to the 205... I've just bought a project 87 CTI (becoming more of a project everytime i look at it).... The car wanders under acceleration/braking, i dont think that its alignment related as it feels more loose than that, also feel some slight pedal wobble on the brake... Now it could be anything, track rods ends/engine mounts/roll bar bushes etc etc etc... What would be the suggested 'method' for attacking such a problem....ie start with what first, then X, then Y etc Any help would be appreciated. Henry Yorke 269 3 Cars Posted May 11, 2007 Remember your CTI does not run GTI suspension, more like that of an XS 1. Tyre pressures -easy check 2. Track Control Arms -most likely cause 3.
