Guest gtifinlay Posted May 10, 2007 when i drive at speed on long journeys say 60+ if i press the clutch my cars revs drop all the way and it stalll but if i am not driving very fast and i do it they just drop to tick over! pug_ham 244 3 Cars Posted May 12, 2007 No idea why it stalls after a long run but is fine on gentle runs but maybe the throttle switch is dead. The test procedure has been posted before on here by me so a search could find it. Your car should idle @ approx 1000rpm.
