Afraid this may go way over my head but I need to work out what Injectors I need to find. From what I have researeched (mainly here) I need to consider three factors, 1 the specific shape, 2 the specific O ring sizes and then the flow rates for the pressure running.

So Ive tried to gather as much info as I can and now need help :PB)

Need to flow enough for a 2.1 litre 16v with 210bhp at 80% duty cycle with a pressure of 46.1psi. The injectors I have with the R1 bodies is labelled CDH210 , 7310291. No manufacturers etc and the latter part of the number specifies an exact model. I can find similar ones by the first model number but they seem to be used in various cars etc but again cannot be pinned down to a flowrate exactly.

thats exactly what mine look like but different partnumber slightly. Im hoping someone will recognise the design and tell me what will have injectors in with suitable flowrates and how to identify them etc.

Sorry for sounding so dumb but we all have to ask the first time :D

fantastic link, provided me with some more data, I now know the current injectors flow 199.cc/min @ 3.18 bar (current fuel reg) and guessing thats at 100% duty cycle. Could I up the fuel pressure using a secondary fuel reg (dont think theres any available to fit on the end of the current fuel rail) and create a higher flowrate thus reducing the duty cycle?

edited, I can make standard fuel rail fit the injectors by using standard injector O rings so can I get a higher pressure regulator for the standard fuel rail?

damn it, doing more and more research and Im advised to get 280cc min injectors to at 3 bar. I guess this is 100% duty cycle though so should I be aiming for 340cc to get it down to 80%?. I reckon I can get standard size injectors to fit with a bit of careful die grinding of the bodies and a quick O ring swap at the injection end of the injector. Anyone know what injectors I should be looking for? IE what car etc?
