Is Tinting Perspex The Same Method As Glass?

Got some new rear side and tail perspex windows, but they're far too clear and revealing. anyone think they'd be a problem to tint with one of them diy kits?

Dont know to be honest, but you usually buy perspex ready tinted.

Uasualy comes tinted but i think you can tint them if not

I think i read somewhere that the vinyl sheets can use make perspex opaque, as in you cant see in or out.

 

Iv yawned 3 times while writing this so i could well be thinking of something completely different lol B)

You could always hold a naked flame near to it to get a dark tinted look.
