Exhaust

Looks like my exhaust has been welded in the middle and when I took it for a test run today it came apart. The exhaust was connected to a Magnex 4 branch manifold. The thing is I have a 1.6 car as spares and it has a nice full system but a normal manifold so the exhaust won't fit the 4 branch manifold. Could I just take the 4 branch off and use the 1.6 manifold and exhaust with it being supercharged, pushing around 200bhp.

has it got the solid bottom mount fitted?. if it hasnt, it will flex due to the engine rocking which will cause it to snap the weld.

i doubt the standard exhaust would be any good for 200 bhp but i maybe wrong. what about a custom one?

the exhaust is not standard it's a after market exhaust I was thinking more of the 1.6 manifold being a problem
