Whats a good spare type that mytyres.co.uk sell?

As i'm buying a new toyo proxie and it is cheaper to buy more than one tyre at a time. So I thought i might aswell get the spare from there too. I was goinf to buy a toyo for my spare until I realised they are directional! whoops! :P

Thank you for any help. :P

well if its purely as a spare, a directional wont hurt, so long as if its in the wrong direction you make a note to replace it at some point, or get the tyre refited the other way round. it will fail the mot being on the road wheels the wrong way though.

Do you have to buy identical tyres to get the cheaper rate? If not then just get whatever is cheapest - it's only the spare after all, it might never get used.

Thanks for the replies.

I thought you might not have to get the same, but it looks like you do to get it cheaper. Looks like i'll be getting 2 proxies then!

Thanks again.

edit: I thought it would never get used, but I've had 2 flats in the last 2 weeks, and I only use the car at weekends!

I'd jut get something symetrical if it's just a spare, useable on either side then.
