boombang 2 Posted April 28, 2007 4mm is the minimum thickness as stated in the MSA blue book so deffo go for 4mm just in case you ever want to compete. Nothing is stopping you do it at all, and weight is usually around 1/2 the weight of the glass you take out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
