Pic Of Be1 Clutch Lever Needed

Recommended Posts

mi16nut

I need a picture of the clutch bracket that fits on a BE1 gearbox as mine seems to have gone walkabout following a gearbox rebuild. I don't think it was returned with the box & he's on holiday now!

I can't remember what the first bracket looks like or how it fits. I've been searching for ages, but can't find a clear picture. I guess it's off to the scrappy tomorrow.

Thanks,

Mark

Is it for a 205 8v be1 box or a mi16 be1 box (your signature would indicate the later). They have different clutch cable systems.

Thanks for the replies, especially as my original post was far from clear!

I managed to get a bracket from a BE1 309 diesel, although I had to modify & mount it differently to be able to get some clutch adjustment.

It's one of those things that you don't really notice, so when it goes missing you don't have a clue!

Car's all back together now with a 1.6 final drive & quaife atb diff. Only had a quick "test", but first impressions are good............

Mark.
