1.6cti - What Are The Thread Sizes In Hydraulic T Piece

Recommended Posts

Dave_McC

As per the title, I'm replacing the rear part of the brake line running to the back of the car due to corrosion. Removed the nearside flexible pipe from the T piece, but the thread's completely mullered, and I can't get the brake union at the front out at all.

What thread sizes does the T piece have - I know the top (running across to the offside) and front (connection to pipe running to front of car) are M10 x 1.0, but what is the thread where the flexible pipe screws in?

Thanks

Dave

All the threads are M10x1 iirc.
