Goodridge Braided Lines And 283mm Calipers

Recommended Posts

Ren

Hi, I'm just in the process of fitting 283mm calipers and standard braided brake lines to my car and noticed that the hoses are a bit tight when on full lock. I've done a quick search and came across this topic http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?s...mp;hl=goodridge in which people say they have had no problems but others have.

My question is, can I run the braided lines around the back of the suspension leg instead of in the ususal place around the front? I have test fitted it and everything seems to be fine with no fouling but was unsure whether this was ok to do.

Cheers, Ren.

The base model's have the pipes running there so I can;t see why not is nothing fouls etc, But quick plug I do sell longer braded pipes.

Cheers. I did check and they don't foul on anything and have plenty of room. Didn't particulary fancy fitting them and then removing them for the MOT next month though so I thought i'd check.
