Grab Rail / Jesus Rail/ Handle Thingy ?

right im talking about the rail above the doors ( dunno what its called ) the bolts have come off on one end on the passenger side and the bolts have both come off on the drivers side. i want to replace them but the nut or whatever that they bolt into has disapeared leaving just a square hole. so. what do i need to do to put em back on??

What do the remaining ones look like & what thread are they? Might be able to use one of the clip nuts like used on teh wiper motor.
