i freind of mine who tunes bikes, seems to think u would be able to use the bike sensers and a remap on a setup like this... might be trying his skills out on a zetec 2litre very soon

ditch the afm and use TPS on the bodies, crank position sensor and a lambda in the exhaust. A good mapper will easy set that up for you.

so you think it would need just a remap of the old ecu ??

No, you can't remap the ecu as such. You'd have to have a new map burnt onto a chip and then fitted to the ecu. Used to be cheap when Standalone management was cheap by has inversely increased as management has come down on price. You'd be better of investing in some proper management.
