Gavin Waddell 18 Posted March 26, 2007 im refurbing my beam at the mo, and well the suspension mount on the trailin arm where the shock is fixed well there is the the bolt and what looks like the in sleve of the suspenson bush but i cant get the sleve off. the other thing is the bolt has got a round head and not a standard bolt head. it is a 1,9 beam. Basically has any one else encountered this? gavin
axnutty 10 Posted March 26, 2007 So the steel sleave of the shocker has come away from the rubber and stayed on the shocker mounting bolt??? Id say angle grind the sleave away until it can be made to come off... as for the bolt it should knock out and should have a normal type hex head AFAIK...so if its not like that Id replace it.
