fencer 0 Posted March 23, 2007 I am after the Center Console but unfortunatly shipping it from UK to malta will cost me a fortune. is it possible to dis-assamble it shuch that the guy whom ill be buying it from can send only the plastic bits along with the carpts and then make the sides out of wood once the trims are in Malta? ini 0 Posted March 24, 2007 You can package a centre console (without gearstick surround), so that it can be sent via Airmail. I have sent a couple to Mellieha for around £11 Airmail. You have to bend in the flexible plastic flaps which are covered in carpet and wrap something round them to stop them springing open, in this way the console is within the size limit for UK 'Airmail'.
