Mi16/1.9 8v Parts

i going to do the engine swap this weekend i hope. and was just wondering is it worth keeping anything off the old 8v engine before i sell it. i will be using the mi16 loom and ecu. thanks

rule 1 of pug ownership : never throw anything away, if you do theres garenteed to be some1 who needs the smallest bit the day after.

 

dedicate a 6"x8" shed to pug spares and youll be on the right track :D

All the engine sensors (water temp, oil temp, pressure, etc) are useful as spares.

 

Starter motor and alternator will fit the mi16 too and might be worth holding onto.

Not really got the space to keep the whole engine other wise i would. :)

 

cheers Ryan will keep those parts if there the same and get rid of the rest.
