boldy205 75 Posted March 19, 2007 Hi, i have come to the point in my long winded 205MI conversion where the altenator needs to be fitted. I see from searches to use the 8v gti altenator, but i cant find a mount for it the big bolt that the altenator pivots on on the engine. Its a 1.9 MI and i am using the MI upper engine mounts, is this correct? Also is there any way of fitting the std 8v PAS pump to the MI block? Thanks Matt.
