Arb And Coil Overs

Recommended Posts

gtimon

I've seen in a thread, an image showing a "coilover rearend mod" with an adjustable ARB. But its not a whitespeed ARB, its more of a made up adjustable ARB set-up.

I want ask a question within that Topic, any clues as to where it might have been.

I've done a search but still can't find it.

Thanks

The coilover rear suspension is shown in this topic but its closed for replies.

This topic shows a car with them but its a space framed grasstrack racer.

Thanks both for finding some links.

The one image I was looking for, is the first one in this link:-

What I wanted to find out, was this ARB in addition to the std bar and also was it made for the job.

Any info please. :)

Thanks again

looks like a homebrew job. Really you dont want coilovers in that position anyway as it will not improve the ride quality. To get the best you need 1:1 movement and for that you need turrets.

My question was about the Anti-Roll Bar, not the coilovers.

As you say, if I went that far I would use a turret version.

All I'm asking,

Would any retro-fitted Anti-roll bar, be in addition to the existing standard ARB or would this ARB be on its own with the original ARB bar removed from the beam, on this sort of set-up.

Thanks
