dave_gti 0 Posted March 16, 2007 Ive just bought a 205 mi16, it has come with a OMEX 600 mappable ECU. I only know the basics of what this is, could someone tell me exactly what the benefits of having this is?. Also, im going to try and book my car into skip brown, to have a check over, and to get it on rollers and set up, to see what their opinions are of the car, and to make see what im getting out of it, and to hopefully get it runnin its full potential. Anyone had similar work done by these? is it worth doing? Any advice would be appreciated.

Miles 331 1 Cars Posted March 17, 2007 A major benefit having the OMEX fitted, You can tune the car to obtain the maximum from it and any mods you do in the furture (If any) it can be re-tuned with ease, Cheaper than getting the srd ECU done at around £400.00 a time
