Fuel Pump And Filter King Question And Webber Help

Right then think ive finally found the cause of all my poor running problems on the I think the fuel pump has had it its taking a good 3 mins to fill a 550ml coke bottle the first 250ml comes out in around 5 secs and then it spits and dribbles out all frothy like its drawing air in from somewhere. I take it the pumps dead lol.

 

second question is on the double reg method using the filter king regs, anyone got a diagram of how they should be plumed in as I took mine off when i was having starting probs and only way i could get it to start was to reverse the flow and return pipes.

 

now the way its set up now is supply from pump comes into the front of the reg and return goes out the bottom of the reg, before I had starting probs it was set up the other weay around by previous owner and regs didnt seem to alter pressure at al just the flow would be great if somone can tell me which way increases pressure and which way reduces it aswell.

 

last thing is my carbs seem to be badly out of balance is it possibly to balance them myself if so how do I go about this?
