Ignition System For Mi16 Running With Webber 45's

any suggestions on what i could use to run the ignition on the mi16 running on 45's? i got nothing of the original ecu and wiring so need a complete system. The head i got was already on carbs ( from 'monkey' a member in this forum) so the cam was already modified to take some sort of dizzy cap.
