robgti 0 Posted March 10, 2007 hi all just managed to fit a gti subframe back on to my gti with a tu engine (yes sounds silly lol). now ive done a search and found a few pictures of the suspension set up and mine matches it all but when i lowered my car down it seems higher on one side to another. it has poly arb and wishbone bushes so was wondering if they could be that stiff that until i drive it, it wont settle. and ideas? robgti 0 Posted March 11, 2007 i had to the loosen the arb to lower it so it didnt foul the steering rack and the same with the wishbones so i could get the bottom ball joints in then tighten them up. the passenger side looks about the same height as before but the drivers side seems alittle bit higher Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
