Cheapest/simplist Way To Unlock An Ecu

when my engine finally turned up it arrived without the keypad! i spoke to the chap and he forgot to remove it :ph34r: my question are;

 

is it possible to unlock the ecu without the pad?

 

or can anyone on here do it?

 

or do i have to shell out 150notes for an ecu doctor?

there was a company advertised in car mechanics magazine this month IIRC that does ecu unlocking for abour £60
