Remote Brake Fluid Reservoirs

I fitted a bias pedal box, but the reservoirs mount directly on the MC and in the turbo's way. i want the reservoirs to sit up in the scuttle part behind the bulkhead, opposite sides to where the vacuum tank is for the sunroof. am i likely to have any issues with operation/bleeding by doing this? would normal brake pipe be good enough to move them or should i find a thicker ID pipe? Does it matter so long as the tanks are higher than the MC's?

As you say, as long as the reservoir is higher than the M/C you could put it anywhere you liked. The pipe doesnt need to be anything special, there's no pressure acting on it from the brake system.
