Obviousley ebay was my first idea its for a 1.9 But will any uprated cam shaft go with any pully? thanks

Any pulley should go with any camshaft. There are even adjustable Peugeot pulleys that will fit (although they have no markings).

 

There is no point in having the pulley unless you know what you're going to do with it though (or your engine builder/tuner knows what hes doing).

 

Pumaracing sorted me out with a cam pretty cheaply.
