It's not that hard.

 

Are you ding it the 1 large spline or removing the TB's?

not that hard lol im on the verge of parking it in the canal :D im going to have to refurb the beam that 13mm nut has rotted away to nothing :D so its a whole beam off job and refurb

Ok that 13mm nut has rotted so there should be no problem getting it off?

 

Or has it rounded off?

 

I also couldn't undo mine so I used a nut splitter and it came off in about 3 seconds.

is rotted away lost its shape the lot im going to drop the beam off and rebuild it wheres best place to buy a rebuild kit from as for the 13mm just gonna chisel the mofo off :D

cheers for that mate is that everything you need
It not everything, if the centre tube or radius arm shafts are no good then these need adding (tube is very expensive, find a good donor one at a scrapyard & shafts are about £50 each).

 

Thats just a list of the bearings & seals etc that are needed when you have a good beam for refurbishing.
