benlilly 0 Posted February 21, 2007 Hi, Does the older Haynes manual have anything listed for this clearance, for the 1.9 injection engine? I have the newer edition and it doesn't list anything. My clearances are 0.032 to 0.038mm and I thought these might be a little tight. Probably being overly cautious.... Ben Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Normski 1 Posted February 22, 2007 Not in the 205 manual (it does quote the clearance for the Tu motor as between 0.03mm & 0.05mm) I had a look in the 405 manual and while it doesn't quote a clearance for the Xu motor, it does give the diameter limits of the pistons and liners. From that the clearance comes out as between 0.033mm & 0.057mm. Yours are OK then. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
