Replacing/supplementing Standard Oil Pressure Guage

Recommended Posts

skeggyrik

When I'm up and running again I want to have a an oil pressure guage I can rely on. It's an Mi16!

I know some of you have done this. Any recomendations on a guage. I know you can get mechanical guages, I presume you get "trustworhty" electrical ones also, which I guess would be an easier fit?

So what are you all using? What's the best route? :D

well to replace thw existing one you'd need a new electrical guage, and replace the existing sender.

Or if you wanted an additional one, still need the gauge, with additional sender and a t-piece.

for a road car i'd just buy a new sender and stay with the OE setup

if its just a better early warning you want, thinkauto sell a complete early warning kit (sender, t-piece and lamp). I've used it myself
