Pos & Neg Positions On Standard Coil?

Can someone tell me which side of the std coild is pos and which is neg please? only markings on the top around the connectors is the number 15 on one side.

 

I have three conenctions coming from the coil, 2 on 1 and 1 on the other.

Standard coil on my 89 8v gti has 2 wide connectors(+pos) and two narrow(-neg) connectors.

on the +pos side, 12v feed(red) coming into the coil, with the oppisite +pos connector going off to feed the ign module under the coil.

 

On the -neg side is a ground(yellow) and a tacho(thin grey) feed wire.

15 means ignition live.
