Gti6 Immobiliser On Later Cars With Joint Transponder....

Right with the death of my mi lump, I need to get the gti6 on the road. Only thing left to do is de-immobilise the ECU. I have the key, transponder and matched ECU so all I need to do is unlock it. Unfortunately, my wiring diagram is for the earlier cars and mine is from a late car where the transponder box has the black and yellow connector. Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the later setup? Or do they have a late GTi6 I could borrow for half hour, plug my stuff in, unlock it and then put all their parts back in?
