Warm Engine Problem

Recommended Posts

Guest ajsik

when engine is cold, starts fine idle fine at 1400 rpm. Also it goes smooth in low, mid even high rpm. No revs drops below 1000rpm. no missfiring

But once is warmed

- it starts to huge missfiring to the exhaust

- almost no stable idle revs - engine dies with the huge missfire into to the intake because of very low rpm ...

- even I press the throtle pedal, the engine has a big trouble to goes to mid revs (still missfiring), in high revs is noisy...

- it is almost imposiblle to start the engine, you have to assist it by throtle pedal and it after a big troubles starts but missfiring ...

no "K" light

O2 sensor is brand new and good

there is a konic filter (JR)

AFM itself (wirring may be not) is ok, i measured it before and it gives me good voltage values in all rev range.

could any one help ?

I've changed the coolant temp sensor and finally it goes nice and smooth cold or warm , i had no more time to take a longer test drive but it seems to be allright. Tommorow I am going home so I will probe it on motorway and in the city.

Many thanks for quick and useful help :-)
