S16/m16 Engine Bolt Torque Settings

what are the torque settings for an iron MI engine, as i only have the ones for the alloy engine, can anyine help, im in the middle of a rebilid and dont know what to tention it all up to

Cylinder head settings as per haynes manual:

 

Stage 1: 40 Nm - 30 lbft

Stage 2: 75 nm - 55 lbft

Stage 3: Angle tighten a further 165 degrees.

what about bottom end, as im rebuilding the whole engine, does it tell you in a 306 manual?
