I used the 306 gti6 one. As I think if i remember correctly (which is hard if your pissed!) the 406 one won't be level.

I run a 406 one, and used the 406 resivior, but you can use the 205 aswell.

part number, had a quick look on euro car parts : (non abs, 4 port) 132735130 - £70.30.

U'rs is a 1.9 so u need the 4 outlets. That wud mean the BMC4816 would be the one to go for.... i think

Out of the two I'd get the BMC 4816, the later one might have the mounting flange sat at an angle making it no good for the 205 servo.

I got the 406 MC (4816) from brakeparts the other week, £60 delivered. It fitted just like a standard MC and used my original fluid reservoir, fits just like standard.

I personally use the 406 reservoir when I fit them - much better I find.

Might be worth noting that i found my brakes (307) started to bind when i fitted a 406 master cylinder it was due to the heat from the engine bay heating the fluid and causing it to expand and force the brakes on, i had to adjust the little rod thing in the servo to sort it (15 min job).

There is a post on it by me if you do a search.
