chownr 0 Posted February 10, 2007 Ive just weighed a quaiffe ATB and a Gripper plate diff and the latter is approximately 2kg lighter than the Quaiffe unit. Does anyone know what the reduction in spinning mass might equate to in terms of Bhp at the wheels? Thanks in advance Rich
cybernck 402 1 Cars Posted February 11, 2007 slightly off topic, but how much does the Quaife (or Gripper) weigh then?

benlilly 0 Posted February 11, 2007 Have a look here on Puma's website for info on lightening rotating parts: http://www.pumaracing.co.uk/FLYWHEEL.htm
cybernck 402 1 Cars Posted February 11, 2007 G> i was asking with the reason of adding it into that topic . but seeing it has already been added, BY ME, i've indeed made a fool out of myself . still, it would be good to double check it (and i've added Gripper in that post).
