Car is all ready for it's MOT next week

 

well apart from some road tyres as i dont think the slicks would go down to well

took the 205 for an mot today, and to say i was nervous was an understatement

 

it did seem to cause a little attention at first, well, as soon as the mot tester removed the bonnet ...lol

 

stayed with the car the whole time as i getting paranoid now

 

indicators decided to randomly stop working ...DOH, thankfully was was a wiring plug, so will remove that

 

he found a loose nut on the bottom rose joint... OOOPS,

 

but it Passed and what a relief,

 

went to post office and got it taxed

 

fully road legal now :D

 

 

took the mrs our and she crapped her self....lol so thats was fun :)

 

roll on the 23rd now :D

On a atop watch it is low 4, might try launching it one day and see what I can do

 

Also I'm running a 2" exhaust at the mo so not full power :)

Spiky, how do you run the charger pulley? Have you had to change the alt tensioner set up back to standard?

well not dont much as i got married last month, so proper skint..lol

 

still not sorted an exhaust yet,

 

been getting some quotes, but as no one can gaurantee it will be quiet I'm a little worried of spending so much

 

decided to add a light weigh to the car now

 

if anyone has some of the missing parts of the central dash i would happy purchase them off them :D

Went back to the scrappy today, and the only parts that are gone are the bits you want and the mirrors,sorry .

Having done my first trackday in my Pug on Friday i've gone from thinking about leaving it standardish to a few google searches, to this thread and now quite a large shopping list.

planning on using local company "PROSPEED" as it makes it easier if i need to makes changes and my mates know them, plus the idea he has is ideal

no, normal exit,

 

just the way we going to mount the box underneath and the size

 

it wont be like an OE setup :)

 

nothing fancy, just getting the biggest size box i can under the boot floor
