Something Rubbing Which I Can Feel Under The Cltuch Pedal

when i rest my foot on the clutch pedal i can feel like something rubbing which goes faster with how fast i go?

 

it only seems to happen when engine is hot and its a new clutch cable?

Is it rubbing that you can hear? Or are you feeling it through the clutch? If you have just changed the cable I rekkon its a good chance its got somthing to do with that...maybe

its feeling iot thru the clutch, almost as if something is turning? if you get me?

If the clutch cable is too tight you may feel something. Try slackening it off a little
