SPGTi 2 Posted January 4, 2007 I think I have a problem with the fuel pressure regulator on my stdish 1.9 8v. I have been given a brand new reg. but it is only rated at 2.5bar (Bosch 0 280 160 257). Will fitting this give me any problems ? Or should I get a 3 bar or adjustable regulator ? cheers Steve Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
M3Evo 0 Posted January 4, 2007 If the standard one's 3 bar, then replace it with a 3 bar or you'll be running lean absolutely everywhere, which ain't good Standard part number's 0 280 160 258 I believe although do cross reference against the old one.
