BERTMAN 40 1 Cars Posted December 28, 2006 whislt removing the yellow connecting earthing point from the front of my car, i accidently pulled off the metal that was attaching it to the front panel... would it be ok to just weld some metal to the panel and bolt the eathing plug onto it? welshpug 1,657 Posted December 28, 2006 not quite sure what you mean there? did you snap off the bit that sticks out on the right of the picture? http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f169/wel...Ti/PICT0043.jpg just stick some ring terminals on the cables and pop them under the bolt for the slam panel I have a few pics of it shortly.
